The patented paper coffee cup lids of HASO have broken the tradition, and are applicable to paper coffee cups. The design of fitting paper lid and paper cup creates great convenience for users. When the cup is used to hold hot drinks, it avoids burn of mouth; when it is used to hold cold drinks, it does not need a straw, and can prevent ice from flowing out, without leaving residue inside. When a cup full of drink falls from a height, the cup lid can still remain sealed, thanks to its tested tightness. The food containers with paper lid also have the same sealing performance, and are heatable. The two products of HASO are both made of cellulose, and, compared to plastic take-away food packages, they enjoy obvious function and material advantages.

Disposable foam paper cups are extensively used in coffee shops, high-grade dining places, and many other places. Made of environment-friendly raw wood pulp and food-grade double-sided film process and achieving an outer-layer foaming effect through high-temperature baking at 120-130℃, they effectively serve as a thermal shield, and have a smooth and soft surface. The foamed layer creates an air structure, so that, when the cup is filled with boiling water, it can play a thermal insulation role. When the cup is used to hold cold drinks, it can prevent the condensation of moisture into water drops. Nansi EP also provides customized services, and offers optional foamed inner-layer printing and outer-layer printing. Inner-layer printing gives a faintly discernible sense of haziness, while outer-layer printing offers an embroidery-like vividness.

Leakage-proof cup lids for take-away food

This lid consists of two parts, that is, upper lid and lower lid. Directly covering the rim of the cup with the lower lid achieves the effect of traditional cup lids. When the cup is used for holding cold drinks, the upper lid can be directly covered on the lower lid to block the air inlet, so that the drinks would not spill out even in the case of cup toppling during the distribution. When the cup is used for holding hot drinks, the pressure of the hot air pushes open the catch at the bottom of the upper lid, and creates a breathing effect. In this case, even when a little drink spills out, the spillage can be stored in the space between upper lid and lower lid. During distribution, the opening of the upper lid covers blocks the opening of the lower lid, and consumers can fold it up when drinking from the cup.
